History Monash Inc is very pleased to announce that one of its Committee, John Jarvis, has won the inaugural Ericscon Community Service Award, established by the Community Bank Pinewood. This award honours Merv Ericson who was the first Branch Manager of Community Bank Pinewood and a highly active contributor to the community. Community Bank Pinewood has been a long-term sponsor of History Monash Inc.
John was honoured for his outstanding work within the Monash Community over many years, including community service through his role at Victoria Police, Oakleigh, and through Rotary, South East Volunteers, Monash Oakleigh Community Support and Information Service, and History Monash Inc. Congratulations, John, on such a well-deserved award.
